Navigating Introductions With Intention, Respect & Emotional Awareness

Before the Conversation

  • Am I approaching this person with sincerity or simply loneliness?

  • Have I created space in my life for partnership, accountability, and compromise?

  • What energy do I bring into conversations when I feel nervous, rejected, or uncertain?

  • Am I seeking connection, validation, or distraction?

  • How do I want someone to feel after speaking with me?

During the Introduction

  • Am I listening to understand or listening to respond?

  • Do I allow people to reveal themselves naturally, or do I rush intimacy?

  • How do I react when someone expresses a boundary or difference in opinion?

  • Am I communicating clearly, kindly, and honestly?

  • Does this interaction feel emotionally safe, balanced, and respectful?

Reflection After the Conversation

  • Did I feel grounded or anxious while speaking with them?

  • Did I feel pressure to perform or did I feel comfortable being myself?

  • Were there signs of emotional maturity, accountability, and consistency?

  • What stood out beyond attraction?

  • Did this interaction bring clarity or confusion?
