Navigating Introductions With Intention, Respect & Emotional Awareness
Before the Conversation
Am I approaching this person with sincerity or simply loneliness?
Have I created space in my life for partnership, accountability, and compromise?
What energy do I bring into conversations when I feel nervous, rejected, or uncertain?
Am I seeking connection, validation, or distraction?
How do I want someone to feel after speaking with me?
During the Introduction
Am I listening to understand or listening to respond?
Do I allow people to reveal themselves naturally, or do I rush intimacy?
How do I react when someone expresses a boundary or difference in opinion?
Am I communicating clearly, kindly, and honestly?
Does this interaction feel emotionally safe, balanced, and respectful?
Reflection After the Conversation
Did I feel grounded or anxious while speaking with them?
Did I feel pressure to perform or did I feel comfortable being myself?
Were there signs of emotional maturity, accountability, and consistency?
What stood out beyond attraction?
Did this interaction bring clarity or confusion?
